The Meridian Kekkai grants the user with the ability to rebound damage based on the reduced/absorbed amount of CP.

Additional effect(s)[]

Whenever your CP was absorbed or reduced, attacker will receive 71% the absorbed/reduced CP as damage and has 60% chance of getting stunned for 1 turn. (No effect with CP reduction over time skills)
