Butterfly Sage (蝶仙人 , Chō sen'nin) is a servant of Vadar who has butterfly wings and a mask. She first appears in Stage 3-2: Call For Backup of the Special Jounin Campaign. She specializes in Wind-element Ninjutsu.

- God Of Blade: Launches a crescent blade of wind from the leg. Deals 420? damage and inflicts Bleeding (100% extra damage taken).
- Storm Breaker: Creates a drill of wind. Deals 150 damage.
- Cure: Recover 2,000 - 3,000HP. (Used after losing a quarter amount of HP.)
- Cyclone Bullet: ??? damage to all enemies and inflict Stun to main target. (Used after losing a half amount of HP.)
